16th June MIRTH Annual Trip

This year we will be going to Gloucester

Gloucester is a compact city, we will be dropped off by the docks, and it is about a 10-minute walk to the cathedral.

Gloucester is home to the historic docks with the National Waterways Museum, the cathedral, many other museums, including the small Beatrix Potter’s Taylor of Gloucester Museum and the Museum of Gloucester (both free)

If shopping is your thing, there are outlet shops at the Docks.

Options for lunch are all over the City, so you won’t go hungry.

We have an opportunity to go on the stonemasons’ tour at the cathedral. This is only available for organised groups and costs £18 per person . This will be at 2pm and will last around 1 hour.

As always all are welcome on this trip (not just men).

We will leave from St Paul’s at 9:00am, returning to arrive at St Paul’s around 5:00pm

Cost £20 per seat on the coach
